Through close collaboration with master artisans who have inherited Japan's traditional craftsmanship, we are dedicated to creating designs that are both innovative and elegant.
Our Story
As the founder, I grew up immersed in the profound aesthetic sensibility that has shaped Japan since ancient times. In my family, the beauty of traditional Japanese attire was not reserved only for special occasions—it was an integral part of daily life.
Yet, in recent years, I have watched with deep concern as the country's precious dyeing and weaving techniques, and the artisans who uphold them, face gradual decline. It was during this time that I was deeply moved by my sister, an artist, who performed on stage combining the traditional beauty of kimono with cutting-edge visual technology. The fusion she embodied—of tradition and innovation, of East and West—revealed the boundless potential of the kimono. This experience inspired me to envision a brand that could harmoniously blend kimono with Western attire, preserving and sharing Japan's remarkable cultural heritage with the world.
